安省硕士留学生项目专门为在安省毕业的硕士毕业生设计，该项目为非EE通道，联邦阶段需申请普通通道。2020年安省共计开放1次申请，总计邀请了405名申请者。

申请人需完成硕士研究生学习并拥有硕士学位
