萨省技术移民 - EE通道 International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry
“萨省技术移民 - EE通道”与“紧缺职业”类别非常相似，主要区别在于申请人在联邦阶段可以申请Express Entry快速通道，联邦审理周期6个月。但申请人需满足Express Entry的准入标准，也就是在EE 100分的评分标准中满足67分。
准入条件
- 联邦Express Entry入池，取得EE档案号；
- 在萨省EOI评分系统中获得60分以上的得分；
- 过去10年中至少有一年以上相关工作经验（与目标职业相关）；
- 语言成绩至少达到加拿大语言标准CLB 7（联邦EE准入条件）；
- 有大学文凭、证书或学位，非加拿大大学需通过ECA认证（WES）；技工类的培训经历需得到萨省技工协会的认证，并申请技工牌照；
- 如果是受监管职业或者技工类职业，需满足萨省职业牌照的要求（如医护类职业、技工类职业）；
- 工作经验的职业不能在《萨省职业排除名单》中；
- 在过去10年中有1年以上的全职工作经验（每周30小时）；
- 工作经验需在加拿大职业列表NOC 0/A/B三类中；
- 工作经验要和大学所学专业相匹配；
