BC技术移民 - 医护人员 Health Authority Stream

概述

专门针对医护专业人员的技术移民，是在BC省技术移民大类下的一个分支。

优势

• 审理周期快：BC省技术移民（普通类、EE类）的审理周期为2-3个月，而符合科技紧缺职业的申请者多数可在2周内完成审理；
• 分数低：医护紧缺职业的ITA邀请分数比传统BC省技术移民（普通类、EE类）低很多，2022年连续几个月都是60分即可获邀，ITA门槛大幅降低；
• ITA邀请稳定：医护紧缺职业的邀请和后续审理都得到BC省移民局的优先保证，平均每周都有ITA，邀请频率更为稳定。

准入条件

• 职业：工作offer及之前相关经验满足医护职业名单；
• Job Offer: 必须获得BC省医疗卫生管理部门提供的job offer，并且必须是这些机构的直接雇员。所指省医疗机构包括：
• Provincial Health Services Authority 
• First Nations Health Authority 
• Fraser Health 
• Interior Health 
• Island Health 
• Northern Health 
• Vancouver Coastal Health 
• Providence Health Care

注意：在BC省提名中，只有医护助理/保健助理（ealth care assistants / health care aides）符合NOC 33102的资格。

准入要求 - 工作经验

• 需有两年以上的直接相关工作经验，同时需满足对应的职业资格和牌照要求

准入要求 - 语言

• 如果是NOCTEER 0 、1类类的工作，没有语言成绩的硬性要求。但如果没有语言成绩也就没有相关加分，申请人很难达到被邀请分数线；另外省移民局官员也有权要求申请人提供雅思成绩来证明其工作中的沟通能力；
• 如果申请人的职业分类是NOC TEER 2, 3, 4 或 5，则需满足语言考试CLB 4以上；

准入要求 - 最低收入：

• BC省技术类移民要求申请人的offer达到最低收入水平，最低收入随BC省平均工资、居住地、家庭人口数变动。
